I want to return my product, what should I do?
You can apply for a return within 14 days after your product is delivered to you.
To start the return process;
Open a return request by clicking the "Easy Return" button in the "My Account - My Orders" menu.
The return conditions are as follows;
The product you will return must be returned in its original packaging at the same time with its accessories and promotional/campaign products given as a gift.
If the product to be returned was purchased with a corporate invoice, that is, if the invoice was issued on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by your company when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT).
I want to return my product, what are the return conditions?
You can return the product you have purchased free of charge, within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, by applying to Supavolt, under the following conditions.
In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal, the original box of the purchased product and the packaging in it must not be damaged, the invoice and all complementary accessories as well as the promotional and campaign products given as a gift, if any, must be sent undamaged and completely at the same time.
My 14-day return period has expired, can I return the product?
Due to legal processes, returns can only be made within the first 14 days from the delivery date of the product to you.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 12 of the distance selling regulation, the seller or supplier is obliged to reimburse all fees collected from the consumer within 14 days from the date on which the notification regarding the use of the consumer's right of withdrawal is received.
When and how can I get the money back for the product I returned?
The price of the products you send will be refunded to you within 2 business days after the return process is approved by Supavolt. When the refund process is completed, you will be notified via e-mail and mobile phone message.
If the payment method is credit card and your preference is a refund, your payment will be made online as soon as your refund is approved to your credit card. The reflection of your payment on your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.
If the payment method is wire transfer/EFT and your preference is a refund, a refund will be made to your registered IBAN account in the My Account section.
The reflection time of the refund process in your bank or card account may vary according to the transaction process of your bank.
I have sent the product, when will my refund be made?
After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is examined and your transaction is finalized within 2 business days. You can follow your transaction process from the "My Orders" section on your "My Account" page, located in the upper right section, after logging in as a member.
My shipping box is empty/wrong.
Check the product package while the courier is with you when your order reaches you. In case your cargo arrives incomplete or incorrectly, ask the cargo officer to keep a report.
Damaged product sent.
When your order reaches you, check the product package while the courier is with you. In case your cargo is damaged, you should ask the cargo officer to keep a report. You can send the product back to Supavolt together with this report and the form "The product arrived damaged, there is a report and service report".
In case of damage caused by cargo, you should keep all the accessories of the product as well as its original packaging so that the relevant actions can be taken.
